Do you have any questions about the product or technical problems? Our Broadcast Concept-support team or a developer will gladly help you online directly on your desktop. By remote access via the desktop-sharing-platform TeamViewer our staff members can make, for example, PC settings, trainings or can make the installations for you.
 
   
By request and arrangement we also support VoIP with the TeamViewer software, so you have a cost-saving opportunity to reduce your telephone costs.
 
   
Please proceed as follows:

1. Please, arrange a remote maintenance- or support appointment with one of our support staff members
by phoning 0049 - (0)6131 - 33390 - 0 or via the email-address.
 
2. When you are connected to our support-staff member,you will be asked to click one of the following buttons:
 
   
Remote Support Presentation  
   
Firefox: Please select [download file].
Microsoft Explorer: Please select [run].
 
   
In both cases, no installation is necessary.  
   
3. Please start the TeamViewer-software via the TeamViewer-icon and tell your ID and "Kennwort" (Password) our support-staff member.

 
   
4. Now, you only have to permit per mouse click the remote access to your PC for our support-staff member. Via telephone or VoIP you have an opportunity to conduct a conference in a comfortable manner.
